Shipping Policies

  • Only one promo code per order.
  • All sales are final, no refunds, or exchanges unless formula is defective.
  • Polishes are made in small batch which means there may be a slight color difference. We do our best to make sure your polish matches exactly what you see in our listings. Please note computer screens, and mobile devices may make polish color look differently than what you see in person.
  • Once we receive your order it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to create your polish. This excludes shipping time.
  • Shipping can take 3-5 business days via USPS First Class. Please note international customers it could take up to 30 days to receive your order.
  • If your polish arrives broken please email wildflowerlacquer@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order being delivered. Please include pictures of your broken polish, and packaging.Once your package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. We will not cover shipping if your package is returned, and will require shipping to be paid if shipped back out.
  • We are not responsible for international customers packages. If it is confiscated by customs we will not issue refunds.
  • Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders being sent to the wrong address. We will not refund shipping costs for returned packages. We require the customer pay for shipping to send the package back out to the correct address.
